About the role

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a central role in Elcor's continued growth. You will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships and driving business through the entire sales process from needs analysis and technical solution proposals to quotation work, negotiation, and closing.

The role combines technical understanding with business acumen, and you will be an important part of ensuring that customers choose the right solution based on both technical and economic conditions.


Job description

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting, building, and maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers

  • Identifying customer needs and presenting technical solutions in automation, power, and service

  • Preparing quotes, calculating, and setting the right prices to meet revenue and profitability goals

  • Conducting negotiations and driving business to closure


    Planning and coordinating activities throughout the sales process

  • Creating conditions for successful projects and taking measures to minimize risks

  • Gathering customer feedback and market information for the sales manager

  • Updating customer registers and sales pipelines in CRM and working according to Elcor's processes

  • Collaborating with multiple units in the organization for the best customer experience

  • Being available for customers via phone and email in daily work



Your profile

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

  • Have relevant education in technical sales

  • Have technical education in electricity and/or automation

  • Have documented experience in technical sales, quotation work, and calculations

  • Have experience selling electrical or automation solutions within contracting, manufacturing industry, or related sectors

  • Are accustomed to reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications

  • Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

  • Have good structure, the ability to prioritize, and strong IT skills (Office, business systems, CRM)

Location: Stockholm

You will also have the opportunity to participate in a 1-year sales training with Mikael Arndt, including 25 diploma courses in sales and live lectures every week. You also have the chance to participate in Sweden's largest sales event at Oscarsteatern and a 2-day sales training on-site in Stockholm to further develop as a salesperson.
